What are the frequencies of your existing reusable wireless microphone systems? frequencies

Sound operator or "set & forget"
Check if you have a qualified, reliable sound system operator, or team of operators.
Check if the acoustical characteristics of your room require sophisticated automation for acceptable system performance.

Feeds to other areas or systems
Check if you will need sound system signal feeds to any of the following:
audio recording system
video recording system
assistive listening system
broadcast system
telephone system "message on hold"
distributed system to remote internal locations
production I/C system
foldback system for musicians

Foldback to chancel (platform, stage)
How many auxiliary channels will be available for foldback?
Does the system require portable or permanently installed loudspeakers for foldback? (Please check.)

Note that ADA requires an Assisted Listening System be installed for new construction and/or building renovations, but not necessarily for a sound system upgrade.

More detailed architectural information There is only so much you can do from a web site. If you have more complicated geometry (chancel, stage, balconies, transepts, overflow areas) fax me a sketch with dimensions (717-291-5453). We will surely have to discuss this over the phone to fill in the details, so don't worry if you don't dot every i or cross every t.

Please include as much of the following in your sketch as possible:

congregation or audience area.

interior surface materials, for example carpet on concrete, painted concrete block, gypsum wallboard, padded pews, etc.

location of equipment racks, operator's console, permanent microphone locations, wireless systems' antenna locations, etc.

loudspeaker mounting locations.

loudspeaker outlet locations for the foldback loudspeakers.

locations for sound system inputs & outputs.

Acoustical information If you have this information, it is a great help. If the room exists, I can come out and measure. Otherwise, we can derive the acoustical information from our acoustical model.

What is the background noise level?
What is the midfrequency reverberation time (500 Hz)? seconds.
