This is certianly one of my more interesting projects.

Danzante---a flamenco dance company---has its studio located directly beneath residential apartments. We were able to isolate their sound from the apartments directly overhead.

Is this a noise-control project or a performance space project? Both, really---but the interesting difficulty was sound isolation.

During our Grand Opening we had a 12 piece band in there complete with horn, base, etc. and no one in the building complained."
