In response to complaints in the community about noise emenating from new air-handling equipment, I was brought in by AEM Architects of Reading, Pennsylvania to take sound level measurements in and around the new addition that they had designed to Reading Hospital Doctors' Office Addition. Using the information that I provided, measures were taken to mitigate community noise from the air-conditioning equipment.

In addition, I took measurements and investigated noise in the doctors' offices. As a result of my recommendations, work was done to isolate the office from vibration in the duct system.
